My name is Frankie Shannon, I am a high-performing, Chief Operating Officer with an outstanding track record of building and growing businesses, accelerating revenues, leading business transformations, integrations, M&A, highly successful exits, developing talented business leaders, and leading operational improvements and turnarounds. I’m a strong integrator with vision who can bring it all together while remaining highly focused on people, and process, delivering sustainable long-term results.

Over the last ten years I have added significant value as a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer with TNS and FACTOR/PDI, a provider of end-to-end software solutions to their respective markets – vacation rental/hospitality and energy. Most recently, I helped lead a successful exit to P/E in 2022. I led FACTOR’s transformation into a robust, healthy provider of ERP solutions with consistently strong P&L results and sustainable sales and operational processes and services by architecting and implementing the company’s next generation go-to-market sales strategy and service model and a successful acquisition in 2018.

Prior to this, I held executive sales and operational leadership roles in the retail and services industries with Crocs, Sears, Gander Mountain, Kohl’s, and other major retailers, in which I led the creation of innovative business strategies and operational redesigns that delivered millions of dollars in incremental revenue performance and substantially increased shareholder value.

I also serve as a trusted advisor and coach helping small to mid-size business leaders with meaningful business strategy, solutions, and advice in the areas of growth, innovation, customer experience, partnerships, performance, finance, funding, budgeting, sales & marketing, and operations.
