Charles Bailey Jr., is an avid outdoorsman, dedicated business man and proud owner of the Minnesota Mallards. He’s looking forward to bringing the North American Hockey League to Forest Lake and making a positive impact on the surrounding communities. Bailey is married to his high school sweetheart, Amy Bailey and they’ve been together for more than 30 years. Together they’ve raised five wonderful children, all of whom have played hockey!

It required many years of hard work and perseverance to become a successful leader, entrepreneur and investor. Beyond his business achievements, Bailey is passionate about giving back to his community. He’s had a lifelong commitment to coaching youth sports, dedicating countless hours to mentoring young athletes. Bailey firmly believes that coaching instills valuable life skills, such as teamwork, discipline, perseverance, leadership, and self-confidence, all of which will benefit these young individuals as they get older and live out their lives.
